It's here that we do the majority of our work, which is lucky because we get a genuine kick out of helping people flourish. We have a special research interest in catching falling stars and, what we call, 'derailers' - we're real anoraks in this area! Which means we work hard to prevent talent from toppling, and our expert insights help organisations see real results in retaining their stars (and stars-to-be).
Working closely with emerging and current leaders, we deliver a broad range of talent programmes designed to identify talent, assess potential, develop capability and accelerate leadership. It's all rather clever stuff!
Typically we deliver 18 to 24-month programmes, during which we:
- Clarify what talent looks like
- Run development centres to see who makes the grade
- Prepare comprehensive feedback reports following 1:1 feedback conversations
- Deliver launch programmes
- Deliver a series of tailored modules (to stretch and upskill exactly where it’s needed)
- Provide ongoing 1:1 coaching
- Deliver close out/next steps conversations and workshops
When it comes to leadership, our work focuses on authenticity and magnifying strengths, together with some straight talking on where leaders need to pull their socks up.
We understand how much leaders have on their plates, and the pressures of always being seen to say and do the right thing. So as soon as we figure out what help is needed, we provide it. We don't spend months skirting around an issue; we create immediate and lasting impact that makes a genuine difference - both to leaders themselves, and those around them.
We deliver management and leadership development programmes to groups of between 12 and 25. And just like your favourite suit, each one is completely bespoke, so it's the perfect fit for you and your organisation.
We also provide board-level support to the guys who really need to know their stuff and walk the walk, but sometimes need a bit of help in doing so. We act as confidantes, consultants and coaches to CEOs and their teams.
